ORDER DISPATCH

• Orders from La JOYAS FASHIONS are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking details.

In case of any unexpected delays in processing your order, our team will inform you via your registered contact details.

ORDER TRACKING

• After dispatch, we will send you a Tracking URL and AWB number.
• You can use these details to live track your order through our logistics partner’s website.

ORDER DELIVERY – INDIA

• • Our delivery partners usually deliver within 2–3 business days in metro cities and 5–7 business days in non-metro locations from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery. Failure to provide the OTP may lead to non-delivery and additional charges if the order returns to us.

  • If an order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

    • International deliveries usually take 10–15 business days from the order date.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier processes in your country.

    SHIPPING CHARGES

    Within India:

    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

    • A flat ₹125 shipping/cash-handling charge applies to Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

    International Orders:

    • International shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

    • All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

    • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to clear customs may result in the package being returned or held, and in such cases shipping charges are non-refundable.
