We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after shopping with us. At La JOYAS FASHIONS, we don’t want you to regret your purchase decision. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a simple 3-step return policy.

When you return a product, you will receive a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value that can be used for future purchases with us.

3-Step Return Policy

1. Inform:

• Share the name and image of the product via email at support@lajoyasfashions.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.

• Once we approve your return request, you can proceed to the next step.

2. Return:

• After approval, ship the product back to us in its original packaging within 5 days.

• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and with intact packaging. If the product(s) is returned without original packaging or in damaged condition, the refund will not be processed.

• Use a reliable courier service and share tracking details once shipped.

3. Refund:

• Once we receive your package, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.

• After a quality check, a refund coupon code will be issued as per our Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

• Orders are generally processed within 2 hours of placement.

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• COD Orders: We will call you to confirm before dispatch.

• Prepaid Orders: Cancellations before shipping are refundable as either a coupon code or a refund to the original payment mode (with a 5% deduction towards payment gateway charges).

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

• Refunds are issued only as a coupon code (valid for 1 year) from the date of issuance.

• The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again once used.

Applicable Deductions

• ₹250 will be deducted for non-acceptance of prepaid orders, covering forward & reverse shipping.

• If shipping was waived off during a promotion, ₹125 shipping cost will be deducted during refund processing.

• Orders placed with refund coupon codes and returned again will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes, traced back to the original order.

• Token amount for COD orders is non-refundable if the order is cancelled/returned. If token amount exceeds ₹250, the balance will be refunded via coupon code.

Eligibility

• All products are eligible for returns against a coupon code credit.

• Products that are used, damaged, or without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. They can be returned to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost or collected in person from our warehouse.

• Returns not informed within 48 hours or not received within 5 days will not be accepted.

Refund Time

• Refund coupon codes are processed within 3 working days of receiving returned products.

• Refund coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Damaged Product Policy

Every product goes through a 3-level quality check before dispatch. In rare cases of damage during transit:

Step 1 – Inform within 48 Hours

• Record an unboxing video or pictures clearly showing the damage.

• Email us at support@lajoyasfashions.com within 48 hours, attaching proof for faster resolution.

Step 2 – Reverse Pickup (India only)

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

• The pickup will be attempted within 24 hours of confirmation.

• If pickup fails due to unavailability, you must ship the product back at your own expense.

Step 3 – Resolution

1. Upon successful return, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) OR issue a refund coupon code valid for 1 year.

2. No direct bank refund will be provided for damaged/replacement cases.
